Brushcom Account

How can I create an account?

To create an account on our webshop, please go to the registration page and fill in the required information. After registration, you will be asked to provide your company details and VAT number when placing an order. This is because Brushcom focuses exclusively on the business market.

Yes, since we only supply products to business customers, it is mandatory to enter a valid VAT number when creating an account. This is necessary for processing your order and ensuring correct invoicing.  

Delivery & Pickup

Do you ship to consumers?

For now, we only ship to business customers. A valid VAT number is required to place an order. We kindly ask consumers not to place orders through our webshop.

There is no minimum order value required to place an order. However, for orders totaling €250,00 or more, we offer free shipping within the Netherlands and Belgium. For orders below this amount, shipping costs will apply.

We ship our products to various countries within Europe via UPS. Shipping costs may vary depending on the weight, size of the package, and the destination country. Specific shipping costs will be displayed during the checkout process. 

If the ordered products are in stock and the order is placed on a business day before 3:00 PM, it will be shipped the following business day. Orders placed on Friday will be shipped on Monday. We aim to ensure fast delivery of your orders.

Pick-up at our location is possible, but only by appointment. Please contact us in advance via email or phone to schedule a convenient pick-up time. Without a prior appointment, it is not possible to pick up your order on-site.

Payment

Which payment methods do you support?

Payments on our webshop are processed via Mollie, offering a range of secure payment methods, including:

  • iDeal: Pay via your own bank’s secure online environment. This payment method is free of charge.
  • Credit Card: Payment by Visa, Maestro, MasterCard, or American Express is also accepted. Additional charges may apply depending on the chosen card.
  • PayPal: A safe and easy way to pay using your PayPal account, without sharing your payment details.
  • Apple Pay: Quick and secure payment through your Apple device using Face ID, Touch ID, or passcode. Only available on Apple devices with a linked payment card.
  • Bankcontact: The most popular payment method in Belgium for instant and reliable bank transfers.

Yes, it is possible to pay on account, but this option is only available after your first order has been placed and paid for within the agreed payment term. For your first order, you will need to pay in advance.

Returns

You can return your order within 30 days of receipt, provided the products are unused and in original condition. The shipping costs for returning the products are at your own expense and will not be refunded. Send an email with the following information to initiate a return:

  • The product you wish to return
  • Your order number
  • The reason for the return

We will refund the paid amount, excluding shipping costs, within 60 days after receiving the returned items.
